The houses or units are built on poles in the rainforest of Costa Rica, one kilometer from the Caribbean Sea. Just because they are up on stilts does not mean you’ll be roughing it. There is nothing quite as disappointing to the would-be shell seekers who rarely have a chance to go to Florida, only to find that the shells on their beach are not too many and none too great, and their walk each morning is an exercise in futility at least for finding those lovely shells.
