Holiday Inn has outdone itself in bending over backwards to ensure you can book your stay in Florida, Mississippi and Alabama without worrying about the BP Gulf Spill.

Basically they are saying that you will get a full refund of reservations paid in advance if they receive an official notification that the shores are affected negatively, which results in not being able to use the water or the beaches.

Holiday Inn will also provide a waiver on early departure charges that the hotel would normally charge if you departed earlier than your reserved room, again based on the above official notification.
