Galveston Oh Galveston

The coastal city of 60,000 remains at this moderate population which is a nice change from the crowded cities of Houston and Dallas. If you’ve never considered Texas as your next family vacation destination, think again. You could spend the entire vacation based out of Moody Gardens, after you reassure your children they won’t be wandering around English gardens for the next few days. Moody Gardens is a entertainment and educational centre, that can keep your family occupied for days. There are three glass pyramids which hold all kinds of flora and fauna, exotic species for the Antartic, South Pacific, rainforests, and other geographic icons. There is a petting station, two IMAX theatres, a paddle-wheel trip, lovely white sand beach and pool, the Moody Gardens Hotel and Spa on the grounds, and more.
